In an effort to increase people's health and wellness, and dispell myths that our culture has created around weight, we have created DXA Duels. We hope to encourage people towards healthy changes with a little competition and accountability. Get a jump on the New Years Resolutions, or perhaps get caught up on one from this year, we challenge you to change your body's composition, not just "drop weight".
Over the course of 3 months (Aug - November) people will work towards improving their body compositions by decreasing fat and increasing lean tissue; far beyond the number on a scale. Choose whatever method you would like, use your current gym, find a new one,
